I BOUGHT THIS COOLER FROM AMAZON. IT BROKE AFTER 3 1/2 YEARS. CUSTOMER CARE WAS VERY GOOD. ALL THEY COULD DO IS HELP FIND THE PROBLEM. WE LOST FULL CONTROL OF SETTING TEMPS.COOLERS SHOULD LAST 8-10 YEARS BEFOR SERVICE IS NEEDED. I CAN NOT RECOMEND THIS BRAND.
Have been using this fridge for a yr (bought it 2 yrs ago) and can honestly say it does a very good job at maintaining the temperature of the wines. It’s quiet and stylish. The blue light gives it a nice modern accent to your decor. If I were to improve the product a bit, I would make the shelves adjustable (not removable) to fit wider bottles. Love the product and believe to be an excellent purchase.
Perfect size for keeping your fav reds & bubbly temp controlled for optimum storage
Compressor on my 8 year old wine fridge went out & I had to find a replacement quickly. After 3 days of research I bought this one. I didn’t want to spend too much, so I found this one with dual temp, fit the cut out, and had good comments on ratings. I could only find 15” wide or 23” wide. (Opening for my old fridge is 20”) Not happy that it’s more narrow than the cut out, but has dual temp for red & wines, & shelves are deep. Each shelf fits 4 standard size wine bottles. Larger bottles only fit on bottom shelf & only fit 3 bottles. Fits 21- 23 wine bottles total. Not what I was hoping for, but great for the price! If you have small place, this wine fridge is great!
I purchased this but unfortunately the system was not working fine. I reached out to customer service and they were very prompt and helpful in trouble shooting the issue. The guided me step by step. Even after the issue was not resolved, they immediately sent me a new unit at no cost. The new unit has been working well. Temperature control is excellent. It looks great in my new kitchen.
