Product good, APP absolute desaster!

I like the box, cooling funtion is good but the app is a real pain in the ass. First I had to change my WiFi at home to 2,4 GHz because in order to connect the box via bluetooth you are forced to register the app and connect via WiFi. I tried to do that with the manual for about an hour, called a friend and he also failed.......what a disappointment for a nice product.....sorry!
